HR in the NHS
2004 will be the sixth HR in the NHS Conference and each year it has grown in stature, value and variety. Two years ago, all the talk, all the speculation was about the impact that the HR in the NHS Plan would have on the Health Service and in particular on the need to attract and keep healthcare professionals at all levels, in all disciplines, and to increase productivity.

Two years on and it's time to find out how talk has translated into action; whether the investment in hard work and hard cash has paid off; how proven best practice can help you meet your own measures of success.
