The Human Resources Plan for Educators and Researchers in Health and Social Care is the final report to be submitted to StLaR by the HR Plan Project Team.  It was received and accepted at the StLaR meeting in Novemeber 2004.  The plan contains the 15 recommendations outlined in the Phase 2 Strategic Report, the recommendations are grouped by theme and each has a commentary attached to it based on priority, risks, time scales and links to other related work.  The plan now sits with the recently created HR Plan Project Delivery Board who are responsible for developing the recommendations, costings and links to the UKCRC (Academic Careers Sub-Committee) and Modernising Medical Careers.
